Welcome to our office! Your Well-being is our #1 concern at Tacoma Eye. As our staff has received COVID vaccinations and more patients are now vaccinated please read our REVISED protocols.

Complete online history forms prior to your exam. Be sure the address, Phone number and email address you supply are correct so we may provide “contact-less” communication when possible.

Face masks are required to enter our office until further notice. Our office does not supply facemasks. We will ask some simple screening questions and check temperatures upon entry.

Staff members will assist with frame browsing during your appointment. If you would like to arrange a time to come in to browse frames further, please schedule an appointment with our optician’s call 253-220-2563

Patients that require a guardian may have ONE guardian with them to sign forms and accompany them during the exam.

Pierce county has limited our schedule and limited capacity in our office. We must comply with these regulations – Please bear with us. We charge a $40 NO SHOW FEE for appointments not canceled 24hours in advance.

Digital Retinal Imaging (DRI) has proven effective in continuing high-quality eye care & assessing internal eye health while maintaining a safe social distance. We have REDUCED the cost of this service to $30 until further notice.
